@Trottski05 de-facto same thing with the black country the coal gets sold to south east asian countrys at the expence of the average worker for big companies. I know not the same thing but not as if the english population is not exploited by elites.
2
@Trottski05 fair enough that goes for anyone trying to get independence from there country northern irish still are for another english exsample. Or one I know more about Alberta from canada Yeah independence mouvments are mouvments wanting to join the US are called "extremest". Or hell west togoland is another case that actually rebelled Yet instead of being called a rebellion its called terrorism.

Cough cough Turkey Yemen and north Africa - Libya. Yeah Egypt doesn't have oil.
2
@luana.desousa6398 it does now offshore Isreal is 87th world wide in oil production so yeah not alot. But oh boy it has potential due to the amount in there eec.
2
@scholaroftheworldalternatehist its still a thing. But yeah its a idea from the 1800s Still holds up in a diffrent form. Instead of food other stuff like retail or wages. More important is mages.

That comparison between iranian leadership and a really good grand strategy game player hold up really well External diplomacy exceptional internal stability abysmal.
2
Lets face it argentina or brasil should have been on this list in last place Because it still has potential THAT IT WOULD PROBABLY SQUANDER. If the east African federation is on this list then the countries that have been in this situation for a century now should as well.

@pecadodeorgullo5963 you realize you could have told the the Northern independence party has even LESS support than every single republican organization in northern Ireland right. My main point was really just Wales due to idiotic policies from LONDEN the unionists and Republicans in northern Ireland are angry the north is mad enough to even have a independence party now and that's a part of England.
1
@pecadodeorgullo5963 well if you were paying attention to the news you saw the unionists this time rioting about the sea boarder followed by the Republicans retaliating it lasted about a week before a big unionist politician resigned. And well the Northern independence party is still a tiny small fry.

China not getting humiliated Then japan would not industrialize Thus russia would win the russo-japanese war. Thus no soviet union and Manchuria wouldnt be split but all under russian rule. Edit This could have massive effects on europe due to Russia.
1
@th3omachos okay thinking back it wouldn't have industrialized as fast but still would have Part of the reason why they industrialized so fast was they saw what happened to China in the opium wars and that was they realized how the European technological advantage was. I still don't think it would have been in time for the russo-japanese war which might not even happen without japan leaving isolationism at the time it did. Opium wars was a big wake up call and without that it would have been a slower process.

@brutusthebear9050 fair enough but you haven't brought up the cost of labor which goes down with more labor simple supply and demand.

As a American: this is going to be enjoyable. Assuming people can focus on corrupt corperations rather than politicians. Gamestop rebellion can unite everyone from progressives to libertarians Politicians can not.

@assgrabber5473 I was talking about america when I said assuming we can focus on corrupt corporations rather than politicians.
