We've been in a cold war all my life,I'm 73 years old and a veteran paratrooper that knows the difference between the Cold War with the Soviet Union and Mao's 100 year war are two different strategems,ending the Cold war with the Soviets wasn't really ending Mao's 100 year war,it just gave Mao a new chameleon tactic to proceed under invisible means,failure by the United States to recognize that new chameleon gave China the stealth advantage to inch along unabated, the warning signs were there for me to see,I find it hard our government wasn't aware of all this ,the outcome that China is on par with the United States today has my thinking realizing maybe our government was blind to it all.
