Xi was not upset,first of all Xi couldn't believe the spy balloon was aloud by Biden to travel and hover over sensitive military sites that allowed the treasure trove of data transmitted back to China's military base for geographic mapping ,Xi knew in that moment of Biden's hesitancy that Biden isn't a serious president but a easy pushover. Biden once again says," he's put the spy ballooon behind him" its just another example of why Biden is a terrible president ,he's a fumbling ,bumblling talker,nor a doer,President's like Biden are always second guessing on what to do,that is why Biden is always indecisive,that balloon should of been shot down immediately,but Biden dithered for a week,we all know he can't do the job,the old guy is too old.
