  1. Let’s get you up to date. As of this morning, within the 5th Circuit that covers Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi, several Restraining Orders were issued by a couple of different Judges in a couple of different cases. One was in the Northern District and the others were in the Southern District of the Fifth Circuit. They said that members of GOA/GOF PLUS the Members of the SAF and the FPC and their Families along with the State of Texas’s Employees and Maxim Defense could NOT be Prosecuted by the DOJ for “Violating” the Pistol Brace Rule IN the Fifth Circuit UNTIL the Cases go to Trial and Verdicts are reached. Stick with me, it gets into the Weeds. Since the Trials take place at the District Court Level, the Loser gets to Appeal to the Circuit Court. BUT the Fifth Circuit has already issued Restraining Orders for the Pro-Gun side because they believe that they are going to Win. Which means the ATF has a tough time trying to Win on Appeal to the Fifth Circuit. And if the ATF loses in the Fifth Circuit, the only place left to go is the Supreme Court. And because the Supreme Court has already Overturned Rules that went WAY beyond what Congress wrote, it’s likely that the Supreme Court will Rule against the ATF and make it Nationwide. Because I doubt that the Supremes would allow Pistol Braces to remain Legal in only 3 states, since that would make over 20 Million people FELONS in the other 47 plus Territories. And what the ATF and the Jiao Bai Den Regime is scared of is that this can set up a Precedent for other Anti-Gun Rules and Laws like those against Bump Stocks, Binary Triggers, Fake Auto Key Card Gag Cards (FREE MATT HOOVER!) and other BS Crap that’s gone Light Years past the Chevron Deference policies.   2. Supposedly, there’s been Two Mass Shootings where Pistol Braces were attached in the last 10 years. But everyone else (except for the Las Vegas Nutjob who slaughtered all of those people at the Concert) tends to be Amateurs who use the Firearm as it came from the Factory. But remember, the Jiao Bai Den Regime isn’t COUNTING all of the Thugs Murdering people with the Conversion Switches that make Glock Pistols Fully Automatic.

  3. Changing out an AR Upper takes less than a minute, a little longer if you have to remove a Rifle Strap. And as long as the Barrel is 16 inches or Longer, supposedly you can keep the Pistol Brace. Unless the ATF says its very Existence is Illegal. The so-called “Final Rule” is still Vague on that.
