This enables Him and his Minions to release the Rabid Street Thugs so that they can do the Violence and Anarchy we are seeing nowadays. Can't have a Revolution without Revolutionaries, right? He did the same thing for Politicians so they can write up Stupid Laws and/or Repeal Good ones. Back in the Reagan Era, the Democratic Speaker of the House Tip O'neal was quoted as saying "ALL Politics are local." Soros remembered that phrase and turned it into his Plan to "Make America Weak Again!"
