  1. As a former US Navy Submariner, it’ll take 10 years for Australia to build the Facilities to make Nuclear Reactors for their Boats. It’s the REST of the Security Agreement where Troops and Planes and Ships will have much more Access to Australia since the end of World War Two that can hurt China.
