  3. A lot of these proposals aren't even popular with the majority of the left. They couldn't cheat their way out of it with their core progressive base. Hell i have family that has never thought it possible to vote for a republican. Pussy hat wearing rad fems who are against this.

  7. No. They need to defeat it in order to expand. Otherwise they need 2/3 majority. Appointment of justices they just need simple majority.

  10. The case numbers make no sense at all. My company is restricted to 40 cases/100,000 employees. But we only have 1,400. Which means we need 0 and if there is a case everything goes back to square one.
