Pete has the Obama polish and charm. He's getting the Obama nostalgia vote. Sadly how the media and opponents are painting him is he's the corporate canidate who suddenly has tons of backing from corporate, and people don't care they just like the look of him. He is the hardest one for Trump to beat just because of the "I'm Obama 2.0 with Sanders platform from 4 years ago that's suddenly okay" vs Trump's rough demeanor. The good thing is trump actually answers questions and doesn't just go back to lines he's used a million times when trying to defend against decisions he's made in his past. The only time Pete ever fired anyone was the police chief and fire chief (both African American), and that doesn't look good either. Trump fires people every day, it's kinda his catch phrase.
