  2. That’s the intelligent way of looking at it. Posting the bond by seizing property also is self defeating because it can’t be recovered. The state if they did sieze trump tower would have to maintain it, cater to his current tenants etc and that isn’t something that a city is prepared to do.

  3. Trump has just been squatting in Trump tower for 30+ years improving it. He has squatters rights.

  4. Even if he is a minority share holder it can open up the whole building to being seized. There was a very recent case with a building in manhattan that someone wanted 3mil paid back out of the 20mil evaluated price and sent the city after them.
