  2.  @alkestos  i believe that comes from Richie McGinnis who is a reporter who filmed the first part of what happened and actually used his shirt to try to help the first guy while getting Rittenhouse to call the police. He's pretty credible. It was his team that caught almost all the footage from that night.

  3. If he's found guilty it sets a precedent for how self defense is determined. You can have a gun pointed at your head and still not fire back in self defense.
