  2. I don’t know about other areas but our neighborhood has about a half dozen houses that were purchased in 2021 that are now abandoned and on the market for 25-40% more. Nothing is selling. Those houses at least right now are empty and basically abandoned.

  3. Who’s attacking crypto? It’s not like it was really a stable currency to begin with. How many crypto banks go under basically daily and turn out to be scams made up out of whole cloth.
