  2. Maybe the best for last is coming, but United States follows me around the world to collect taxes from me. This occurs forever unless I renounce my citizenship. Once you renounce, the USA & the IRS (read Federal Reserve Bank) has no claim on you or your wealth.

  3. Has you Dad looked at Uruguay? It seems to be more stable then of lot of other countries. Passport within 3 years of the residence permit.
