  1. We had a black cat who passed a year and a half ago, and she had the symptoms of dementia. She’d walk into a room and just stand there looking around as if to say, “what did I come in here for”, and she could state at a wall for 10 minutes straight. She had been my “wildest” cat ever, always doing things she full well knew she shouldn’t be doing, but when she got dementia, she was the calmest, sweetest, most well-behaved cat ever, and just snuggled with me every time I sat or lay down. It then turned that she had brain cancer, which caused the dementia, but once that was diagnosed, she only lasted about two weeks. Cancer goes very fast in cats, and it’s very sad to watch. 😊I miss her so…still. My beloved Luna.
