  3. I can’t help but wonder if they’ve actually ever paid off the $10,000 to some “rat” who tells the cops or the state. I want to see a news article on each and every person and court case that gets paid off, including the name of every person who turns in these women or helpers. I have a funny feeling it’s just a ruse, and the state is never really going to turn over that kind of money to the “rats”. They’ll probably use an excuse like it’s “tied up in the courts” for years so they won’t have to pay. I wonder what these bounty hunters are going to think -and say publicly - when they find out they’ve been screwed over.
