  4.  @Lumi_Lumi13  Because that’s exactly how women were viewed when the Framers wrote the Constitution. The legislators later made a concession for male slaves in the South that they would be considered to be 3/5 a “person” just so the South would have enough voters to have any chance at passing laws, because slaves well outnumbered white men in the South in those days. Women didn’t get the right to vote until 1920 (when my own mother was 5 years old! That makes it seem pretty recent to me, as it certainly is in the history of the U.S.), and that is STILL the ONLY right women have in the Constitution today. But they want to take that away, too. They are evil!

  7.  @gdavidelliott  These guys found a couple of Bible verses to cherry-pick to support their claims, like “I shall not allow a woman to teach me” (or something like that) to support their self-serving claims, just like they do with the abortion issue. Funny, I had a little bit of a Christian background (in my teens), so I have just enough knowledge to cherry-pick for myself to counter some of their claims, at least on abortion.
