  1. So, if the right to vote is taken away from women, will any of these women on the Supreme Court still be able to sit on the Court? They are voting on cases, are they not? And what about female governors and politicians (esp. in Congress where they vote on issues)? Are all the courts and legislatures in the country going to go back to male-only? And, if they do, what happens to the Black men in these bodies? Are the legislatures going to go back to all white as well as male? And why do we not call these people “regressive” since the name “progressive” has become something of a bad word in some circles? Just something to think about.
