When Virginia became the 38th state to ratify the Equal Rights Amendment in January of 2020, when it should have immediately gone into the Constitution, trump called up Bill Barr, and told him to call the Chief archivist and tell him NOT to put it into the Constitution, which he obeyed. So, it went back to Congress, which the Constitution expressly forbids when an Amendment reaches ratification by 38 state, and Congress voted it down on “details” (Thanks, Mitt Romney).

BTW, DO NOT put your mail-in ballots in the blue post office mailboxes outside (anywhere), as there are people planning to reach in to pull them out and throw out Dem votes, or just all of them. Take them inside the post office to mail them.
