  1. A military belongs to and defends a country. Any military style of organisation that represents a political party or company is a militia. Therefore, the correct term for the PLA is a MILITIA. Sure, it is the world's largest militia but a militia non the less. We should all refer to the PLA in this way as it is accurate!!
