Thought occurs to me that one Reprehensible goal might be to overwhelm the (badly messed up) health care system in pursuit of an Ayn Rand style dystopia - where the rulers then wait things out in the equivalent of Galt’s Gulch, and take over the remnants once they have absolute power over the (wrecked) country. They then become Lords, and the survivors, their Serfs.
