  1. Yes. It’s DJ’s own speech and ideas, organized and made clear. It puts him at the center, it prioritizes his Will, and enables his Autocracy. Many of those writing the document were his former staffers, so they knew his Will on the matter as the writers “worked toward the Leader.”
