Yeah, the ER is really going to help people who need Dialysis 3 days a week, or have Cancer, or AIDS, or ALS......

  2. David RIOT - That's a polite way to put it. A lot of right-wingers just sound like functional borderline narcissists and sociopaths to me. They care about their own family and circle of friends and THAT'S IT. Maybe at most people of their own race email who agree with their particular politics. Their "tribe".
