  3. Republicans don't care about anyone but themselves. I've had countless conversations with Republicans about health care reform and it quickly becomes obvious with most of them that this is not about helping the American people to them. To them this is a political game. It's about getting the GOP back into the White House and trying to score political points to help the GOP take over Congress. They also want Obama to fail to vindicate their ideology and prove themselves "right".
