@MrSmartBob - Allowing some black folks into the White House is the least they could do since the building was friggin' built by slaves. Literally. So black folks are good enough to build a house but not good enough to be let in? WTH?

@megagagnon1 - South Africa a mess? Admittedly its crime rate needs serious attention (though it's not that much higher than the Russian crime rate) and they have a ways to go with disease prevention and tackling their poverty problem but comparing SA to Zimbabwe is ridiculous. South Africa has has 5-7% Real GDP growth on average since 1994. They're currently experiencing a middle class boom. The poverty rate in Apartheid South Africa was over 90% and Apartheid ended in fucking recession.

@BitterCanuck - Speak for yourself. BTW, Jill Scott is more Neo-Soul. Neo-Soul has grown into a separate genre from R&B, something akin to how Doo-Wop became from Rock.
