As long as she gets indicted it doesn't matter if she goes to prison or not. She'll have to drop out. At the bare minimum this will tank her poll numbers even more and give Bernie bigger wins on June 7th. Bernie was a genius to stay in the race. Pretty much all he needs to do is keep campaigning and hold tight. The FBI is about to have their say. Looks like she might lose the "FBI Primary".

@BrotherAlpha - Lol Polls predicted Hillary would win Oregon by 15 points, Kentucky by 10 points, Indiana by 10 points and only lose Wisconsin and West Virginia by 2 or 3 points. Polls are fucked this year on the Democratic side. It's because they don't poll Independents, younger voters or new voters. Notice they only polled "Likely Democratic voters". That means registered Democrats who voted last time. That leaves out a LOT of people this year. They're also heavily reliant on landlines. Most younger voters don't use landlines and older people are more likely to respond to surveys. Likely voters doesn't include the 2 million new voters registered since January.

@BrotherAlpha: 1) California allows Independents to vote. Independents support Bernie over Hillary by nearly 3-to-1 margins. 2) California is one of the most progressive states in the Union. They're big environmentalists and Hillary supports fracking. Not good. 3) The West Coast is basically Bernieland. It's the most Bernie-favorable region in the Union outside New England. Look at the margins Bernie won neighboring Idaho, Hawaii, Alaska, Washington and Oregon. Oregon is a CLOSED PRIMARY and he won by almost 20 points in Oregon. 4) California has had a HUGE surge in new registrants to vote this year. 2 million new voters. 65% of the newly registered voters are under 35. Bernie's base. 5) Latinos out West love Bernie. His immigration policy and history is much more favorable to them overall.

@John Cullen - Paris just took in MORE Syrian refugees and London now has a Muslim mayor. They're smart enough to realize the answer to Islamism is to embrace and assimilate Muslims. Not go "Final Solution" or go anti-Muslim xenophobe like Trump. Don't lump Bill Maher in with Sam Harris. Bill realizes this too and applauded the UK and the Netherlands' Muslim mayors.

@Valarie Connell - Let's hope so! This news alone probably just guaranteed Bernie a 5-10% bigger win in California. Even if most Democrats don't heed this, INDEPENDENTS WILL and Independents can vote in California. The Media will have to keep reporting this and the daily slog will eat away at her by death by a thousand cuts. Bernie may even win New Jersey after this. If the FBI indictment before June 7th.....it's a wrap for Hill-dawg. Goodbye! The DNC can try parachuting Biden in, but it'll just unleash pandemonium at the Convention. Biden hasn't won a single vote, a single Primary or a single delegate. It'd be the height of hypocrisy and undemocratic autocracy to insert Biden in over Bernie.
