When I hear Neocons and Teabaggers (and sometimes right-libertarians) say such stupid shit I think I finally understood how Mike Tyson felt in that interview where he said "I wish y'all had children so I could kick them in their fucking head or stomp on their testicles...so you could feel my pain...because that's the pain I have..." I understand because that's something along the lines of the sensation of pain I feel hearing such mind-numbing idiocy dribbling out of their mouths (and fingers online). It's almost physically painful to hear the stupid shit they say sometimes. Literally.
