  1. Blockbuster, or "Blockhustler" as I call them, are on their way out anyway. Netflix, OnDemand, etc. are burying them. I've hated them since the early 2000s.

  3. Not necessarily. Corporate power is very protected in the US and employees become more and more powerless every year. Thanks to Republican "tort reform" it's becoming ever harder to file complaints or lawsuits against employers in the corporate world. I completely understand Cenk's point about how some people go along with this kind of shit because they feel that they "have" to. It's not the 1950s anymore where there were strong unions in place.
