  2. @franksnow79 - Haiti? Socialist? Are you kidding? It's an unregulated capitalist hellhole. They have few government services. We can thank the CIA for installing US-friendly capitalist dictators.

  3. @elpatriotaLX - Anarchism is a lack of hierarchy. Haiti is very much still a hierarchical society with a hierarchical government. Its government is probably a kleptocracy though.
