  1. as a kid hiking in the foothills of the Sandia Mountains in Albuquerque, I first experienced a frozen waterfall. several on the path, each a magical expression in Ice, hollow crystal domes, layers of waxen ice, strands of light dancing down crystal and white cascades, it's all very fresh because it was so incredible, that anything like that could be found in a desert.
