@jakemoseley1811 When you have a home in Puerto Rico you quickly learn that everything costs more when it comes in on boats because of the United States laws that require all ships to come to port in the United States before they can come here, driving up the price of everything. My occupation was logistics, so I'm very much aware of the things you've mentioned.

The portion of the Keystone Pipeline, which was deemed unnecessary, was shut down due to the fact that it was crossing over an aquifer that furnishes eight states with water. There was no impact on the reserve oil that's sitting in tanks in Texas or what the refiners are pumping out or what you're being overcharged for because they can get away with it and the senators are in cahoots because they get kickbacks.

There are many here that are undereducated on the keystone pipeline and it's pros and cons. Might I suggest reading.. or shutting up and listening to those that know what they're talking about? Or.... you're free to continue to display your ignorance, or stupidity. It's social media. 😎
