I don't know who you are. Judging by the comment, you are a very reasonable person.
What I did was just to ask him to avoid the word "insane", and his reply was simply to command me "Learn English".
It is a very typical "master - slave" relationship.
What I can do is just to wish and what he does is to command.
It's no egalite. It is what you think occidental way, isn't it.
Anyway, I learned that "insane" is not so a bad word.
And you teach me it's straight forward but no inpolite, which I did not know.
By the way, I think his work style is not insane.
He works longer and harder than average, but there are lots of those who work in the same way or harder.
A tall guy is not tall among tall guys, and he is average.
However, as he said, younger generations do not follow him.
Situations around ramen and ramen onwers are changing rapidly.
His style of working gradually decreases and it comes closer to the other countries.
I think it is not so long.
