  2. Why do people always say that the US is strangling the Chinese? They are only preventing their own knowledge and intellectual property from being passed on to China. This simply forces the Chinese to built on their own knowledge and experience. And if that is not enough...well...then the Chinese have no reason to complain...other states must also do this on their own initiative and have to get through the phases of research/development and trial and error. Then the Chinese simply cannot take a shortcut.
