  1. So it is not those who get a job based on their performance, but those who are willing to pay for it. Young people are taught very early on that this system is based on bribes and corruption. Because they will certainly internalize this and act the same way in tbe future. No wonder that according to the corruption index, China is inferior to most democracies in the world.
