  7.  @mintico  You cannot compare the economies of the US and Europe with China. A socialist planned economy has never helped any country to succeed...but a free market economy usually does. This has helped to insure that the standard of living in these countries is incredibly high. The opposite is the case in China...there is a certain standard only in the metropolitan areas but the living conditions in rural China are catastrophic. In China, there is not even clean and drinkable tap water....in the developed countries of the Western Hemisphere this is absolutely standard.
