This is standard in China...they simply add 20 to 30% everywhere...wether these are the capabilities of this aircraft...or the performance in their national economy...this is absolutely typical for dictatorial systems...after all, they claim to be better in all respects...and they have to hide somehow the inferior state of these things from their citizens somehow...so they just add a few percent everywhere...they should call it the 'Chinese factor'.
