What kind of nonsensical statement is that? It is rather the opposite. If the Chinese were able to have a better turning radius then they would definetely have done that. But they are obviously not capable of doing so. And how you can call a conventionally powered aircraft carrier a modern one is also a mystery to me.

@dannyleon9492 Why? Because China is known and notorious for harrassing and bullying its weaker neighbors. This was demonstrated recently when the Chinese navy harassed the Philippine Coast Guard in Philippine territorial waters...essentially, this was an act of piracy...but the Chinese will immediately tuck their tail between their legs if a real navy appears. That is what cowardly bullies do.
