You keep saying Israel.
Israel is not one lump of people who think the same thing.
Here are some very missing facts:
1. First of all, only 73.2% are jewish, 20% are arab Israeli (that is how they define themselves) and the rest just non Jewish non arab.
2. If you think that only Jewish Israelis are Israelis, or only they have been attacked, kidnapped, tortured or killed by hamas, you are wrong, and if you think the non Jewish Israeli population matters less, you are racist. There are Israeli Muslims patriots, you simply never speak about it.
3. The vast majority of the Israeli public do not support Netanyahu, especially not some of his outrageous government.
4. Point 3 can easily be seen by all the demonstrations before October 7th and now again.
5. No Israeli will agree to a ceasefire without all the hostages back immediately, and by all the hostages, I include of course the Muslim and Christian Israelis who were kidnapped too.
6. Hamas is now refusing to tell Israel who is alive and who is dead, this shows not only that hamas is mentally torturing Israelis, but also, that they are in no hurry for a ceasefire or any peace. The information is basic for negotiations, and they are intentionally keeping it.
7. 250,000 Israelis have been displaced and are in critical danger of becoming homeless any day now since the solutions the government provided so far, are about to stop with no alternative.
8. Israel has been since October 7th under non stop rocket attacks from gaza, and missile attack from the north from hizzballa
9. The houthis don't actually impact Israel, Israel has it's main ports in the east not the south.
10. Much like hamas's leaders who keep their families out of the war zone, Netanyahu has his spoiled highly unpopular son in Miami (Netanyahu himself is in Israel)
11. Both hamas and Netanyahu have become very rich in their roles as "leaders" in a way which can not be explained by any reasonable pay checks.
12. Both hamas and Netanyahu refuse to leave their seats of power, despite both sides responsible for fatal failures to their own people (Netanyahu by his failure to protect)
13. Israel has a massive internal conflict between the ultra orthodox and the rest of the population, the ultra orthodox refuse to be drafted like the rest of the population thus increasing the burden on everyone else, and they claim huge amounts of benefits. The refusal to be drafted, is because they dont want to be around women, not because they are pacifists, they infact are on the far right, as they do not pay the price.
14. Hamas has very close connections wnd support on Russia, worryingly, Netanyahu used to too.
15. About half a million Israeli children have not been in routine school since October 7th, many must be near bomb shelters for when it rains missiles
16. The support America gives Israel goes mainly if not exclusively to the iron dome which only defends against rockets and missiles, without it, Israel would have had the same numbers of civilian casualties as in gaza, so unlikely that support will stop, as it will double the death, not stop it.
17. Israel has (obviously) nuclear weapons, it should be no suprise just look at the team who developed the first ones.
18. Israel has no plan whatsoever to fire those weapons ever
19. But if Israel is taken by a foreign power, that power will gain those nuclear weapons.
20. Israel has only 9.5 million people, and is very densely populated.
21. It is true that there are Israeli settlements inside the west bank, but there are also Palestinian settlements inside the Israeli territory, look at a map. It is a mess.
22. While Israel is a home to all its civilians of all religions, Palestine has exactly zero jewish civilians, and kills every Jewish person who accidentally wonders in.
Palestine in fact is an apartheid.
23. Israel gives LGBT+ people equal rights and has pride parades, Palestine outlaws them and executes them
24. Most of the people murdered in October 7th were left wing if not far left, and believed in peace, none of them were settlers.
25. Israelis only want their people back, and for the attacks on them never to happen again
26. Israelis feel it is safer in Israel than UK or Australia
27. Whenever Israelis see mass pro Palestine riots/ marchs/ protests, it makes them fight harder, as they feel they have no place to run to, and if Israel is lost, they are going to be killed.
28. Netanyahu didn't create hamas, they were there before he held any office, BUT hamas created Netanyahu, with every terrorist attack by hamas, Netanyahu gained more and more voters and more power, he labelled himself MR security and for a long time, he did a better job stopping hamas terrorist attacks than people before him.
29. People in rocket range of gaza, have lived with a non stop threat and reality of rockets from gaza, for 18 years, every house in Israel has a bomb shelter by law.
30. The baby and his toddler brother are still held by hamas, who say they are dead, and will not even allow to bury the tiny bodies.
31. Israelis are tired, traumatized but determined, because despite the anti Israel protests, they don't plan to just die, nor do they have anywhere else to go.
32. And even if somehow they could go, the anti Israel protests, show that nowhere is safe for jews.
