  1. Shrug, we should just gun down anyone that presents a risk then no trial for you. We have a justice system for a reason. Cops are not judge dread cruising around putting bullets into criminals as you might imagine they are. The day they our government can authorize the killing of civilians with no oversight base on the flimsy poorly defined term "grave risk" is the day we are not ruled by law as the constitution intended. Innocent until proven guilty is the law of the land like it or not.

  2. I would rather see him apprehended and put on trial rather than gunned down from 3000 feet up while we run the grave risk of killing the wrong guy.

  3. Every time a cop fires his gun there is a inquiry to confirm he used the gun properly. If drone operators are going to be held to the same ridged standards and penalties both civil and criminal for collateral damage and inappropriate loss of life you might have a point. By the way that is not the way drone strikes are monitored or evaluated now and to use these weapons domestically opens the door to same kind horrific abuse we see overseas.
