  1. Invitro viability has a medical meaning, It means the later Fetus has reached a stage of development it can exist as an individual biological entity detached from it's mother. Prematurely born babies have the facility to live (or not) independently of their mother and qualify or die. If they die, they were not viable. Viability may be a moving target but does have a specific meaning that is not applicable to a zygote or early fetus.

The question you assert majority of biologists, scientists agree on is the kind of question that is too vague and poorly stated to have any meaning to science. If you are tacitly asserting they say that an human egg becomes a person at the moment of conception you are overtly lying or painfully ignorant. That is not remotely true, only religious freak shows and duped out pro birth zealots think so. The science is not really with you chum, but then it almost never is.
