This is despite a massive increase in productivity where the billionaire class has absorbed all the growth made on the backs of workers. The middle class is evaporating directly because of the policies you point to as beneficial.

  3. Trump does not hate them .. the fact is you can not trust anything he says. He is now beholden to the same clowns who bought bush. If you expect any populist policies to survive to a trump presidency you have not been paying attention. That he copied Bernie does not speak to what he will actually do.
