Covering up deaths is bad, he did not have to cause the deaths for this to be a problem. Should we be ignoring when our leaders cover up death counts do to their failures?

@0pp841 He was at the very least partially responsible. He does not have to have a bloody knife in hand to have their blood on him.

@0pp841 Of course he is! You may want to give him a pass but I see his leadership as a directly responsible for the states reaction that led to their deaths. I never said he caused them, I said he is responsible for them. Different thing. Word play does not change why he is being held to account. I want competent honest leadership, is that really too much to ask for?

@0pp841 I am not suggesting we replace him with someone from the GOP. I am suggesting we elect a leaders that will do their best and live up to where they fall short. Cuomo has a had real problems over the pandmeic because of choices he made. I see no upside in an act as egregious as covering up deaths that made him look bad. If you think he is responsible or not is irrelevant to the concern. It is pretty clear he thought he was or it would not have been something worth lying about.
