If they are real and not made up by smear merchants paying woman to commit the crime of lying .... as it stands we have not heard from a victim, just a dishonest news outlet. Before you believe her perhaps you should confirm she is not fictional.
2
They are giving analysis and nothing they said is libelous or breaks terms of conditions ... you look clueless.
2
Have her come forward and we can talk.
2
At least Kavs victim came forward, where is this woman who was allegedly assaulted?
2
If you say so in defense of overt liars .. nice.
2
@SaintGerbilUK Still having problems with reading comprehension I see, it is ok we do not expect much from ya.
2
There is no double standard here, it is pretty clear you do not understand that the term means.
2
@jasonsaenz8959 Not true, an accusation is plenty enough to charge someone. I won't believe the accuser until one comes forward. The fact that TMZ got the victims identity entirely wrong directly undermines the story as a whole. The investigation will pan out and we will see what we see, until I have more to go on than the word of known liars I will reserve my judgment. If buddy did attack a woman and she comes forward to confront him you can bet your ass I will not be defending the attacker like the right does. As it stands this whole thing is bad smelling vapor. The same people whining about Kav being unfair are the same clowns babbling about made up equivalencies.
2
Might want to hear her first ... your concern trolling in defense of proven liars is telling.
2
@MisterKewlz I do not even know the accuser is real or what the accusation is, it makes it hard to believe her. Until she comes forward the lies TMZ already told disqualify the story from my defense of a woman who may not even exist and no one knows the identity of. You go defend vapor, we know you are just a virtue signaling liar.
2
They lie all the time .
2
for political reasons to smear a critic on behalf figure they like, this is the kind of gossip that could trigger prison time for those involved in making it up.
1
Perhaps paid to lie on behalf of dishonest smearing criminals. I can believe her when she comes forward and tells her story, for the moment she is little more than a bad smell in the room,.
1
It is not .. first Kav had an accuser to address and the source of the charge is in one case an over liar and the other a respected doctor. Your false equivalency marks you as a dumb ass.
1
Not the remotely the same. First we had an accuser that actually came forward and spoke in public. Second we do not even know that this charge is from a real person because TMZ's reporting on who was attacked is not attached to reality.

@poolplayerpoolplayer7430 It is not clear you understand what the big words like "hypocrisy" you use mans.

@jasonsaenz8959 If you say so, I will be interested to see the investigation play out but the story as reported so far does not give me much confidence. That bail is not high for him and in the me too era it does not surprise or concern me in the least. If he is guilty that will pan out in the future but unlike Kavanah there will be a real investigation and I welcome it unlike my partisan analogs on the right who sneered at the idea. I want to get to the truth and have no issue where that goes. I see no hypocrisy in this case as there is practically no victim, no testimony and a story dropped by proven liars. In Kavanah's case no one retracted their story, there was no real investigation, they just decided to ignore the charges. TYT is not the like the right at all and welcomes an investigation but are justifiably skeptical based on the lies about it that have already told. This story was literally a correction and it is unclear what you are talking about as you when you say the don't.
1
@MisterKewlz Indeed.

That gives them far too much credit ...
