  1. issa osama What we do know scientifically shows it should not be illegal and making it so has caused far more harm than good. Is anyone suggesting we sell it in candy stores, no. Everyone who seriously discuss's the subject understands that the largest health concerns attached to use by the young are better addressed by legalization than not. I have seen all of these concerns before but none of preclude the direction we are going. Glad you agree, I am not sure there is any other principled informed position to have. Criminalizing it has been a total failure and has prevented the very research which will answer the outstanding questions we have. In the mean time I will reiterate the down sides such as they may be pale in the damage done and massive amount of tax payer money wasted by our historical treatment of the drug.

  2. issa osma You literally physically can not consume enough to overdose on cannabis. No one promotes ignoring "bad effects" but those issues pale in compression to the many downsides and ruined lives because it was made illegal. She had to change as having the same policy as Jeff Sessions in this day and age in Cali should be a political death sentence.
