It was ruled self defense, but colloquially it is still fair to call it murder as this is just an opinion disagreeing with the ruling. Kyles spin is all emotion all the time, that you happen to like these bigoted snowflakes is the only reason you defend the indefensible.

@rob-1873 Except for the fact he brought a rifle to a protest, his possession was irresponsible and dangerous. As proven by what occurred. Any sane parent would banned him from doing so.
3
@rob-1873 Being armed at a protest is fucking stupid, even more so if you are scared trigger happy child. You are not sane or moral, you empower murder over your feelings.

@Rudy-oh9wc I can say whatever the fuck I want to as this is a free country. I am not in a court room and do not agree with the judgment handed down by said court. I can call him whatever I want to. I can call him a murder that got away with it and am comfortable with that. When a bigoted killer gets away with murder over his feelings I get angry. Being emotional over injustice has no downside and I would argue it should be the default position. Kyles reason for even being there was all fail emotion all the time. Pretending it was not or that his actions had merit is defense of the indefensible.

@Rudy-oh9wc His fist set of lawyer invited proud boys members to a bar with him where partied for hours and took pictures flashing white power symbols with them? What kind of connection could we expect to find of an 18 year old with the political right? That he was not having meetings with anyone does not change the fact someone encouraged him to act like untrained militia a state away. If he is not fringe right wing, the distinction does not amount to a difference. He carried a fire arm because he assumed he there in defence of property or why ever the gun nuts gathered. It had nothing to do with defending himself, that is unless he brings rifle everywhere. Does not matter what I share or say. You have decided (likely based on your media consumption) that this hateful little stain is worth defending. He was a fear laden boy in a situation he chose to put himself in, His bizarre inflammatory choices directly resulted in deaths. A sane set of laws would have held him accountable. They would discourage wanna be Rambo's from arming up and doing the same thing again. That our legal system bizarrely does not call what he did murder does not change the fact he is a murderer

@Rudy-oh9wc Nonsense, it was not apolitical hero's diving across state lines to carry a weapon at a protest. Your spin does not pass a basic logic test. His actions and attendance were entirely political! As a child carring a lethal weapon to a protest he was on the razor fringe of the right.
3
Well he did something wrong, he went to a protest armed with the intention shooting people. He was too young to have the weapon in his posession at the time and a was a danger to everyone around him while he was armed. The only way to hold your view is to be ignorant of what actually occurred.

@Rudy-oh9wc He was, he legally was not of age to carry the weapon in that state. The rule he broke is a misdemeanor change that carry's a light fine. That they elected not to charge him with that offense does not mean he legally carried the fire arm. They privileged him out of the charge, if the same shooter had have been black instead of a right wing darling as doted on by the judge you can bet the misdemeanour would have been applied. They were protesting against yet ANOTHER in a long streak police shootings. Every single shooting is justified no matter what the circumstances to you authority simps. That is the whole problem. You are fine with cops murdering citizens at will, especially if you have bias against the group being primarily targeted. My claim is if Kyle wanted to protest he should have showed up unarmed, he came armed and that speaks to intent. He did not have the training, experience or mentality necessary to bear arms in defense of anything. He was ignorance and fear bomb waiting to go off. He most certainly did. I call him bigoted because he hangs with, parties with and is supported by unrepentant self declared bigots. Because there are photo's of him flashing white power signs, because of the stupid shit he has said that is innately bigoted. I suspect we do not define the word the same way for you to give him a blank pass.

@Rudy-oh9wc Ok, ya sure! Kyles does seem to like his scammers though. Recently he was touring with a few of the same kind on tuckers show selling a scam to raise money so he could sue for defamation. Legally it would not have mattered if he was directly connected to the proud boys and the scammer ilk he is consorting with now. That it was such a big deal in the case seems odd and irrelevant to the issues at hand to be even included in court docs. He was innocent before and had his lawyers paid for by alt right psycho's who still cheer him as a hero. He was not connected to those ass hats before. But since has linked up with a different version of stop the steal scammer to take right wing dupes for more cash. He has gotten political since, but most certainly was not before. Sure, that makes sense.

@rob-1873 He drove across state lines to larp as tough guy militia man while having no training and no experience using a weapon within a crowd. He was dangerous scared child and ended up spilling blood over unreasoning and incapacitating fear.

Local porn industry? What does "One Little housewife" have to do with that? That sounds like a story ...
2
@Rudy-oh9wc Ya we do, the little stain drove across state lines to illegally carry his weapon at an event he was not qualified or trained to police. He did so because a specific brand of media lied him into bigoted rage over people protesting the murder by our police of citizens. He had no place in being at the event, even less so armed That he bought into the dishonesty narrative that was really about crushing black people and forcing them back into line is the only reason he was there to kill anyone. That you like this little idiot says nothing good about you either. That you do not know what he did is bigoted is an example you living in denial of what you are and the way you think.
1
@rob-1873 You seem to ignore innate failure over your feelings. Did you notice that?
1
@apogeeangel2387 Uh huh .... your story sounds odd. As a FYI the cops and the courts are not usually aligned with the porn industry. They whole things sounds weird and very non standared.
1
@apogeeangel2387 Epstein had nothing to do with porn, what other powerful people are you talking about? The cops are not known for protecting pornographers, your spin is bizarre and does not make any sense.
1
@apogeeangel2387 No, pretending the porn industry is a the kind of group that gets strong protection by the establishment is betrayed by the fact it is not. Epstein was a high end pimp supplying sex to a high end cliental. He was protected because his clients wanted to remain anonymous. What he did had nothing do with porn and his get out of jail free card had everything to do with the fact his associates wanted to remain anonymous, not that they randomly supported the porn industry.
