  1. I'm conflicted about this. On one hand, its ridiculously corrupt to force kids to become activists for left wing causes. On the other hand, anything teachers force kids into has the long term result of creating a deep set hatred for the thing being forced. This will create more right wing adults than left wing activists, but it is still fucking insanity.

  2.  Passion Gap  The censorship and moral posturing like the Just Say No program created a bunch of adults that view drug use as a positive thing. The forced lesson, regardless of political perspective or public belief, usually backfires and creates an ingrained distrust in those forced through it. That extends to ideology as well. Forcing kids to join the marching band will result in a bunch of kids who absolutely detest marching and musical instruments.

  4. For people who believe that white people are born racists, they sure do put a lot of effort into separating them from other races. You wouldnt say "Yorkies are born violent, so I'm going to beat mine and make sure it is isolated from other dogs until it is full grown." That is a recipe for the exact opposite behavior. You think they dont know that? If you want to prove yorkies are dangerous, but there arent enough yorkie attacks compared to pit bull attacks, there is no faster way than beating it and isolating it until it is fully grown, then taking it to the park next to a preschool and removing the collar.
