  2. At a basic level. Its another elective procedure that should be looked at by critical eyes, with education and due diligence of understanding. What does everyone have to gain by doing anything?

  4. This is a government decision. Where governmen clearly doesn't want/should/need to get involved. But is likely going to have to be involved.
