  4. I've seen the battle parents have with kids nowadays. It's a losing proposition as the digital world, dumb phones, and tech is being forced on us at every level. My brother's kids, age 11 and 6, are hopelessly programmed by virtual world despite his attempts to steer them towards a better balance. Gaming and social media are like crack cocaine for kids. We are all trapped in this digital jail. You can't function in society without the tech. My brothers 6 yr old is obsessed with wanting a tablet screen and in school they gave her a cardboard one to condition her for wanting it. What a sick, insane society we are living in these days.

  6. I'm 58, male, and single. Not because I want to be but because I've not been able to overcome early conditioning and lack of proper guidance enough to sustain a relationship. I've been blessed with plenty lovely women and opportunities in my life and it hasn't worked out because I've failed them. Now I feel its too late for the shared life I always wanted. When your 58 and single the problem is you.

  10. Society in general has become toxic to raising kids and many cannot really afford it financially as most are just scraping by while the insanely wealthy get even more wealthy. This modern day society is in the midst of a slow motion implosion. I decided early on I didn't want to bring a child into this toxic and violent world.
