  1. Becoming a club member, first you need to have money to enable you to join/joining fee and annually subscription fee . Unfortunately, Ukraine hasn't got any reserved.

  2. The eu is a basket case club . It doesn't have any money of it own . It relying on individual member states for funding . Some members are borrowing heavily from China . I would be very surprise if they even allow Ukraine in any time soon . I don't think other member states will be too happy with it/footing the bills .
