  2.  @DreamClean  Deer are just animals and cannot be expected to have road sense, like kangaroos and koalas here in Australia that wander onto the road and get killed by passing cars, buses or trucks that don't see them until it's too late. But people who choose to end their lives do so often for selfish reasons, then it's left to the rest of their families to pick up the pieces, and for a train driver like the lady in this episode, her career could be wrecked by the selfish actions of someone who is a total stranger to her.

  4.  @DreamClean  No, and that's what makes the suicidal person so selfish, the fact that he/she does not care how his/her suicide is going to affect someone he/she doesn't know.

  5. 9:00 Aldwych Underground Station was built on the location of a former theatre called "The Strand". The theatre was demolished to make way for the station which was originally called "Strand" station in the very early years of last century(20th Century, that is) before becoming known as Aldwych. Like other stations in London, Aldwych has its share of ghosts and was featured in episode in the earlier series(around Series 2) of the now-discredited "Most Haunted" series.

Those who try to commit suicide by jumping under a train or bus, are selfish, cowardly scum who probably deserve to die anyway, as they cause so much trauma for not only the family members left behind, but for the innocent, unsuspecting train or bus driver who has to deal with the aftermath of his involuntary action.

  10.  @Gencturk92  It does affect the drivers, very much so! If a person jumps in front of the train they're driving, and it's so sudden that the driver has no time to react, it will play on the mind of the driver for months, years or decades to come.They will feel the guilt of that person's death, even though the driver was innocent and it was an accident. Such an incident can totally ruin the career of a driver, who'll have nightmares about the incident and likely suffer panic attacks when in the vacinity of where the incident happened. You talk as if the train driver has no feelings and has a mercenary outlook on his/her job. I don't envy the driver his/her job, but I'd feel for him/her if he/she were involved in such an incident. Jut be glad you don't drive a train, in London, England, Sydney, Australia or anywhere else!
