The cop, the cop's colleagues, the chief of police, the commissioner, the mayor and state governor of that state should ALL be sacked for this rogue cop's behaviour to an ordinary citizen, going about his own business peacefully. Basically, what I'm saying here is: if a cop harasses a citizen unjustly, as this cop has, the repercussions should be SEVERE and WIDE-REACHING!
