  2. An occupying force is by definition an offensive force so cannot claim a defensive action. Israel does not want peace. If there were real meaningful peace occuring, and not the repetetive rounds of ceasefires before every Israeli slaughter of Palestinians, then Israel would have to restore all stolen land and make resititution for all the damage.
